Chief Financial Officer (Infrastructure | Renewable Energy & Data Centre)
We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer for a growing infrastructure platform operating across renewable energy and data centres. Working closely with the CEO, board and shareholders, the CFO will lead the group’s financial strategy, governance and capital planning as the business expands across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the group finance function across reporting, consolidation, treasury, tax, compliance and financial controls.
- Partner with senior management on corporate strategy, business planning and investment decisions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial performance across multiple entities.
- Lead capital planning and support debt financing, fundraising and lender engagement.
- Evaluate new projects, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic investments.
- Manage board, shareholder and investor reporting.
- Build scalable finance processes, systems and team capabilities.
Key Requirements
- Experience as a CFO, Finance Director or senior regional finance leader.
- Background in infrastructure, renewable energy or data centres.
- Exposure to project finance, corporate finance, fundraising or strategic transactions.
- Strong grounding in reporting, consolidation, treasury and governance.
- Confident engaging with boards, shareholders, investors and lenders.
- CA, CPA or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Commercial, hands-on and comfortable working in a growing business.
